With a big breath of fresh air flowing into my lungs I immediately feel wide awake. We immediately set a brisk pace and in between the chatter we try to keep our eyes and ears open for all the spring beauty around us. This morning we are showered with gifts: blossoms, here and there a songbird that sings with conviction as if the whole world is within its reach.
And suddenly, at the edge of the forest - another meadow between us - a deer appears. We stand still and watch her graceful movements. That's why it's called 'breathtaking'. I catch myself literally forgetting to breathe. A second deer appears and makes eye contact with us. It seems as if she's communicating from that great distance; which could also be due to my great imagination, I admit. Unbelievable how such a moment can be felt so deeply in your body.
She slowly continues her journey along the trees. The white mirror on her backside dances along. Just before she disappears between the trees, she turns around and looks straight at us.
How miraculously beautiful can a day start?
Welcome !

Wat is de natuur wondermooi en wat zijn jouw nieuwsbrieven altijd leuk om lezen 🙏 De witte poepjes van de reetjes aanschouw ik ook met alle plezier in mijn achtertuin. 👍🥰
